I trained as a Silversmith and Jeweller originally but have always loved printmaking and having taken classes in the subject and now taking a regular workshop I have been able to explore a variety of printing styles myself and it did strike me how silversmithing and printing share some techniques such as etching. Collagraph, Mono and lino printing are areas I am particularly interested in.

I get a lot of inspiration from landscapes but also produce abstract images. Texture, line and colour, are central to my work and the medium of printmaking with its incredible variety of techniques can produce some fantastic results and often happy accidents.
